Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to daily RFQs from established distribution customers.
• Route new customer sales activities to the appropriate Business Development Managers
• Support sales tasks provided by Business Development Managers
• Support tasks such as schedule tracking, sample orders, billing, and payment issues
• Inventory Management- ordering material containers in conjunction with BDM forecast, ordering spare parts, etc.
• Upload customer information to local storage systems
• Provide material certifications to customers.
• Track customer sales
• Help support monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Monday to Friday in-office work schedule
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Professional experience in the industry of semi-finished product distribution.
• Strong customer support focus
• Structured and target oriented thinking process
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Team player mentality
• Good organization skills utilizing MS Office
• Physical Requirement: Able to assist with lifting product for occasional warehouse activities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP systems
• Knowledge of PTFE and other high performing plastic materials
• Sales experience with distributors
• Bachelors with a focus in business
